We offer FREE SHIPPING! within the 48 Contiguous United States Only.  All other orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Other US territories, APO, FPO, Armed Forces) and International regions, you will be charged a shipping fee.

The Checkout page will only display the shipping methods available for your order. If you change your address or the contents of your shopping bag so that your order no longer qualifies for your shipping choice, the site will ask you to edit your order before you proceed to Checkout.

The shipping options available to you are determined by the contents of your order and your shipping destination.

Orders may be shipped where applicable with any of our preferred carriers: FedEx Smartpost, US Postal Service, Ups Ground and Surepost.  We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier. Packages will ship by that method only when allowable under Department of Transportation guidelines.


If you need your your package sooner we do offer faster shipping within the US Only.  Alaska, Hawaii & Us Territories Excluded.  You can select from Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day or Priority Mail.


Please call our customer care service for additional shipping rates.NEW* SAME DAY SHIPPING is available on items listed as 'Ships Within 1-2 business days' if order is placed before 12pm.Our packages are picked up by the end of every business day from our distribution center.  Packages are not picked up or shipped on weekends or major holidays.


Orders that are shipped with our faster service shipping are usually delivered by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time of day.Please note all items are not stocked at our distribution center.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by, as long as it meets the following conditions.

We do not accept items back that have been opened, expired or used unless the product was received damaged, defective or open upon arrival


You should return the item(s) to us upon receipt of goods and in the same condition you received it( i.e. in the original box and/or packaging).

All returned packages are subject to investigation once received.

  • Items returned in 14 days of receipt will be subject to a 5% restocking fee..
  • Items returned in 15-30 days of receipt will be subject to 10% restocking fee.
  • Items returned pass 30 days will be subject to a 15%.
  • Items past 9 Months cannot be returned.

Once received, returns for credits/refunds are processed within approximately 2-3 days upon receipt of your package.

When you receive your order, please check to make sure your items are in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective).  Please call us right away to inform us of any problems with your shipment.  Please note all items are inspected before it leaves our warehouse.

All items returned back to us for exchanges or sent back to us by your post office because of the wrong address given will be charged reshipping fees. (Please check your address carefully when placing your order)

If your return is the result of our error, mail your return back to the address above. Your return shipping fee will be refunded back to you once the products are received.  We will reship you the correct product at no additional cost.  If you are requesting additional items be added to your order for reshipping, it must be placed as a new order.
